Our Organization
Miss Latina Tampa Corp is a non-profit organization (501C3) with the unique purpose of supporting Latin American female youth between the ages of 6 and 21 years old in the Tampa Bay area, with focused programs to reinforce their self-esteem and confidence. This program is based on the foundational principles of a positive self-image, natural internal beauty, and their own skills.
Our Program
We are focused on mentoring today’s young women to meet tomorrow’s challenges. A beautiful life begins with a beautiful mind!
Our youth empowerment program is designed to assist these young women in achieving self-confidence, finding their self-worth, and exploring their potential. We offer effective career and personal mentoring, coaching, one-on-one relationships, career skills training, and activities that foster self-worth and wisdom in each of our participants.
What We're Doing?
Our program specifically identifies the significance of cultural ethnicity to the development of character and sense of self. Language and cultural traditions form part of the web that makes a person who she or he is, and it is important to recognize, emphasize, and understand that fact. Our practice wishes to identify the underserved population of Latin American female youth in the Tampa Bay community and, through educative programs, assist the growth and formation of their selves into mature, fulfilled adults.
Our Goal
We will continue to serve young women Latinas and Latin Americans between the ages of 7-21 years old, with our program delivered by trained professionals who focus on the development, support, and mentorship of the whole person in an affirming environment.

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide all young Latin American females in Tampa Bay with the opportunity to participate in our program regardless of their skill level. Through this program, these youth will be taught to improve their personal skills, develop a positive self-image, and recognize their internal beauty, while learning the important values of respect, commitment, life, and teamwork. We know that healthy self-esteem can lead to a more prosperous and beneficial future.

Based on the last United States Census, the Latino/Hispanic population in Tampa has grown to 26.4% of the population, and it represents the largest and youngest minority group in the nation.
